Our 2nd Birthday!

E N G A G E 5  Celebrates 2 years in Business

We are thrilled to celebrate two years in business with ENGAGE 5!

Taking the leap into consulting in 2022 was a big step, and we never expected it to thrive the way it has. We have had the privilege of working with the best clients, many of whom have been with us from the very beginning.

Over the past two years, we've successfully organised 15 incredible events. So, what's next? We're expanding! I'm excited to announce that we're growing the team, which will allow us to better support our current clients and potentially welcome a few new ones.

Keep an eye out for what’s coming next!

Chair of Women in Property Northwest

Our Founder has taken the role of Chair for 2024/25!

Women in Property uses its platform to lobby the government, including the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Women in Work on a range of issues from inclusivity to the recruitment and retention of women in the workplace.

The group also encourages girls and young women to consider a career in property and construction through a mix of school outreach projects and the National Student Awards.

Rachael said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed this year’s North West chair for Women in Property, building on the success of previous years.

“My passion lies in developing confidence to attend functions alongside nurturing connections and friendships through our extensive events programme.

As we challenge the traditional view that gender is the main barrier in our industry, our goal is to create an environment that supports the career growth of all our members”

Rachael has been on the WIP committee for three years organising CPDs and events, since she joined the organisation seven years ago.

Steph Cox who becomes branch vice chair on 1 March will support Cunliffe in the role. Cox is currently a director at E3P, the environmental consultancy.
